Lady Gaga covers up in sleeveless coat and purple leather, after stepping out in string of revealing outfits

She has lately been showing off a good deal of skin in a menagerie of revealing outfits.
But on Friday in New York, Lady Gaga covered up for a change – swapping from an enormous black frock coat to purple blazer and trousers.
The enormous frock coat trailed on the ground as she walked with her slender arms protruding from its giant arm holes and her legs from the slit in the front.

The G.U.Y. singer sported black leggings with lace detailing and suede black kitten heel pumps.
She wore a black hat featuring a very wide brim and bat-like ears, round eye-glasses, and carried a chic black purse.
She later swapped her unusually sombre outfit for a purple blazer, leather trousers and floral blouse, with one of her outlandish green and bright yellow wig.
The star changed yet again for her performance later in the evening, donning what looked like a large garbage bag.
The looks, while crazy, were reasonably modest and quite a change from the more risqué looks she has been rocking lately – stepping out on Thursday in a multi-coloured blazer, with nothing covering her legs but fishnet tights.
Such an appearance came 24 hours after she stepped out sporting four equally distinctive outfits in one day.

The most revealing ensemble, however, came when Gaga headed to a performance on the Late Show With David Letterman wearing a revealing bra, black panties, fishnet stockings and towering platforms.
The ARTPOP hitmaker is currently in the middle of a seven-night residency at Roseland Ballroom, which will end with the closing of the legendary New York venue.
