Lady Gaga has finally revealed the set design of her upcoming ARTPOP Ball stage. The performer is set to start her tour on May 4th, in Florida.
Gaga’s sets are always extravagant, featuring amazing construction, technology, and visual spectacles. For her last tour, the set involved a castle which transformed to reveal her band, with a circular catwalk. It looks like she’s taken things even further for this tour.
Judging from the picture the singer posted on Twitter and LittleMonsters.com today, it looks like there will be some sort of monster pit for special fans, a two pronged catwalk, and a construction on stage to house Lady Gaga’s amazing band. It looks like there is a grand piano on one prong of the runway as well, making way for some amazing stripped back performances. The galaxy backdrop looks pretty spectacular as well.
Lady Gaga has also revealed that the catwalk/runways are made of Lucite, so fans will be able to dance right underneath her via her Twitter:
